I have recently completed my Certified Chief Information Security Officer (C|CISO) training from EC-Council. I would say that the training was fantastic, explained in clear terms with very good examples. A key thing for me was that I found it easy to understand and I was able to study at my own pace.

I took the C|CISO credential because this program is an industry-leading program that recognizes the need for real-world experience to succeed at the highest executive levels of information security. The C|CISO credential is an all-encompassing security course. I am truly very pleased with my learning. It’s indeed a very good refresher!

I particularly liked the topics on organizational structure and financial aspect. Both of these are important topics in the industry even though they are not all that technical. It clearly defines how successful or marred a security strategy can be and shows the importance of net present values, ROI etc. This helped me understand why businesses make certain financial decisions.

I recommend EC-Council’s Certified Chief Information Security Officer (C|CISO) credential to my colleagues as well as other information security professionals. It is a worthy investment towards developing your career in the information security domain.
