I was always curious to learn how the digital world works and how the associated risks can be eliminated. These questions made me dig deeper to learn security architecture, and I eventually landed up in the cybersecurity industry. I chose Certified Ethical Hacker (C|EH) because I wanted to gain knowledge and develop technical skills in information security. Also, EC-Council is a global brand in cybersecurity training. Its courseware was neatly written, while the video lectures by Eric were explained in detail. Even the iLabs, which offered a real-time practice environment was like the cherry on the cake, perfect for a hands-on experience! The topics that I adored in C|EH program include ‘Information Security Awareness’ and ‘Reconnaissance’; I use these concepts daily. Then the framework like Burp Suite that I always enjoy exploring.
C|EH should be the first credential that every cybersecurity aspirant should start with. It gives you the foundational knowledge and helps you plan your career.
