I’m in the IT industry for a long time; I gained experience in multiple IT domains, including software, public safety (police and EMS), and network security projects. In the last two years, I started to get involved in some cybersecurity projects, began attending workshops, and joined a few selected training programs. My exposure to new technologies and business understanding helped me to grow and get some good jobs opportunities in reputable companies.
To grow in my cybersecurity career, I started with earning in-demand credentials – the Certified Ethical Hacker (C|EH) , Computer Hacking Forensic Investigator (CHFI) and EC-Council Certified Security Analyst (ECSA). I am highly impressed with the EC-Council training programs! They offer comprehensive yet easy-to-understand courseware. They have iLabs to practice all the real-world cybersecurity scenarios. Under these real-time labs, I learned to use Nessus, Wireshark, and many other essential tools. I would strongly advise all the CyberSec aspirants to plan your career path first. Gain the required knowledge and attend credible programs like C|EH and ECSA to get your dream job.
