Passed the EC-Council’s Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) ANSI a couple of days ago. The exam was challenging as it really tested my knowledge of the many different tools that ethical hackers use, hacking methodologies and procedures, security and assessment, policies and ethics in the cybersecurity realm. Now that memorization, familiarization, and understanding of CEH course are done, I will be spending more time applying the knowledge I gained from studying to lab practice in preparation to sit the CEH Practical.

Looking back to the year 2002, I was 22 years old when my fingers first touched a keyboard in an Internet Cafe in the Philippines. I remember creating my first email account with Yahoo. I feel overwhelmed thinking how far I have been since that day in 2002. Now, having CEH under my belt I will be focusing on putting the knowledge and skills I have developed in use.
