I got involved with cybersecurity from Colorado State University-Global Campus. I majored in Computer Science, concentrating in cybersecurity. Then, what made me choose EC-Council’s Certified Ethical Hacker? As a professional, I was impressed with its explicit ethical conduct in cybersecurity and the ability to offer me exposure to diverse hacking and penetration tools. It was my professor who advised me to take up the C|EH program. After enrolling, I realized the depth of the knowledge and the well-structured training content of EC-Council. This program also helped me to acquire skills through its real-time lab sessions, where I learned about the Nmap tool that always tops my list. However, other tools like Aircrack-ng, OWASP ZAP, Ettercap, HTTrack, Wireshark, Acunetix aren’t far behind.
I would advise all CyberSec aspirants to deepen their knowledge and not to limit their learning with only tech tools.
